The following conditions apply:
Good Feeling Products distinguishes between three delivery zones, each with its own delivery times and shipping costs.
Delivery Zone 1 (Europe Standard Shipping)
Countries
Delivery is available within Germany and to the following countries: Spain, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Paraguay, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Sweden, Slovenia, Switzerland.
Shipping Costs (including VAT)
Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of €7.50 per order. Shipping is free for orders over €330.00.
Delivery Zone 2 (Europe Continental Shipping)
Countries
Delivery is available to the following countries: Cyprus, Monaco, Norway, Russian Federation, Serbia, Turkey, Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Macedonia, Republic of Moldova, Montenegro, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Vatican City.
Shipping Costs (including VAT)
Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of €17.90 per order. Shipping is free for orders over €690.00.
Delivery Zone 3 (Worldwide Standard Shipping)
Countries
Delivery is available to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Armenia, Australia, Canada, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Egypt, Hong Kong, Israel, Malaysia, Mexico, New Zealand, Panama, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Suriname, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uganda, Argentina, Armenia, Bahamas, Belize, Brazil, Cayman Islands, Chile, Cuba, Dominican Republic, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Territories, India, Indonesia, Namibia, Japan, Kenya, Oman, Peru, Puerto Rico, St. Barthélemy, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Taiwan, Uruguay, USA.
Shipping Costs (including VAT)
Shipping costs are charged at a flat rate of $18.90 per order. Shipping is free for orders over $490.00.
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes place within 2–3 days, and international deliveries within 2–14 days after conclusion of the contract (in the case of advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one combined shipment unless other arrangements have been agreed with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered.
Possible Customs Charges
For deliveries outside the European Union, additional import duties, customs fees, taxes or handling fees charged by the shipping provider may apply. These costs are not charged by GFP and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
The respective charges are calculated by the customs authorities of the destination country and/or by the appointed shipping provider, such as DHL, and may vary depending on the country, goods value and local regulations.
The customer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs charges and handling fees payable in the destination country. Please check the applicable import regulations of your country before placing an order.
